The Junction Center for Independent Living, Inc. is agent for the Virginia Housing Development Authority to administer rental assistance vouchers for low income individuals with disability to assist them in finding safe, accessible, and affordable housing.

The voucher program of VHDA provides rental assistance to individuals throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
